Three-phase induction motor is an alternating current that most widely used in industry or offices. In principle, the operated at a constant speed, if given load not balanced with its speed of will change. For this reason, one common methods to adjust rotational as desired use Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). The VFD can be controlled by pulse generator PWM (pulse width modulation) and SVPWM (space-vector which are part value frequency modulation index. final project, what investigated compared for more optimal results output values variables Rotor Speed, Slip, Fslip, Stator Current, THD (Total Harmonic Distortion). thesis, comparison simulation MATLAB between carried out using design experimental methods. result obtained control average percentage 2.2%. slip reaches 1.53%. Fslip reaching 0.76%, produces smaller consumption 50 - 40 Hz. 1.07%
